Applicant agrees that all of the above statements are true and hereby authorizes verification of the above information, references, and credit records. Applicant authorizes and requests all present and former employers, landlords, and references listed above to supply all requested information to SKK Properties, LLC, and hereby releases all parties supplying information from any and all liabilities concerning the same. Applicant agrees to allow SKK Properties, LLC to complete a background and credit check.  Applicant acknowledges that false information herein may constitute grounds for rejection of this application, termination of right of occupancy and/or forfeiture of deposits, and will constitute a criminal offense under the laws of this state.
